Ramsey David Alfred Barker - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
David Barker has a long-term track record of setting up and profitably running a number of businesses for over thirty years. A magazine article on oil seeps in the Bristol area attracted him to acquire onshore hydrocarbon exploration licences in the area. He is a major shareholder in the company and an active member of the Energy Institute and UKOOG.
Mark Robert Smith - Technical Director
Mark Smith has worked on the service contractor side of the oil and gas industry for over twenty years and has a degree in geology from Imperial College, London. He has been employed by Oceaneering USA and Qatar Subsea Services and is a shareholder in the company.
Reynold Alexander Barker - Operations Director
Ren Barker is the son of David Barker and has had over twenty years of extensive experience on the service contract side of the oil and gas industry. He has been employed by Haliburton Aberdeen, Ocean Technical Services and Wharton Williams and is a shareholder in the company.
Dahlan Leonard James Simpson, BSc (Maths/Stats), SA Fin
Dahlan Simpson has been an equity analyst and portfolio manager for major Australian institutions and stockbrokers for over 30 years. He also qualified as Associate of the London Institute of Actuaries (AIA). In the early 1980's, Dahlan was Mining and Commodities analyst for Bain and Co. In the late 1990's, Dahlan built valuation models for Tyndall Investment Management for over 20 resource stocks including Woodside Petroleum. Most recently, Dahlan's coverage for Tyndall included several energy stocks such as Santos, AWE and Origin Energy. Dahlan has also produced in-depth reports on the oil, gas and coal industries.
